I'm Ivette Torres-Vera, and I am the creator of Eres ÚNIKA. My journey in jewelry began during a moment of deep inner silence. Creating jewelry became my way to heal and ease the pain in my heart and soul after losing my husband, my life partner. In that emptiness, designing jewelry became my therapy, helping me find my inner strength again. I wasn’t trying to create jewelry; I was trying to heal. And in that process, something much greater was born.

I started making each handmade jewelry with a clear intention: to turn pain into beauty, into art, and to give shape to the strength I needed to move forward. That is how Eres ÚNIKA was born. A name that reflects what I have always felt: that every person has a unique, fresh essence, an unmatched light, inspired by Kano, my eternal light, and an authentic story I share through my pieces.

Eres ÚNIKA is not just a brand. It is a rebirth. A reminder of life. A message that even after pain, something inside us can shine again.

Today, every piece I create reminds me of this journey: that healing is possible, that creating transforms, and that true beauty comes from within.
That is why my pieces do more than decorate — they carry intention, hold emotion, and celebrate the special essence of the person who wears them.

Quiénes somos - Eres ÚNIKA

Soy Ivette Torres-Vera, la creadora de Eres ÚNIKA. Mi camino en la joyería comenzó en un momento de profundo silencio interior. Crear joyería fue mi manera de sanar y aliviar el dolor del alma y del corazón tras la pérdida de mi esposo, mi compañero de vida. En medio de ese vacío, el arte de diseñar joyería se transformó en mi terapia, ayudándome a reencontrar mi fuerza interior. No buscaba crear joyería; buscaba sanar. Y en ese proceso nació algo más grande.

Comencé a diseñar piezas hechas completamente a mano con una intención clara: convertir el dolor en belleza, en arte y darle forma a la fuerza que necesitaba para seguir adelante. Así nació Eres ÚNIKA. Un nombre que refleja lo que siempre he sentido: que cada ser tiene su propia esencia única, novedosa, un brillo inigualable, inspirada por Kano, mi luz eterna, una historia auténtica que transmito a través de mis piezas.

Eres ÚNIKA no es solo una marca, sino un renacer. Una afirmación de vida. Un recordatorio de que, incluso después del dolor, hay algo dentro de nosotros que puede volver a brillar.

Hoy, cada pieza que nace de mis manos es un recordatorio de este camino: que sanar es posible, que crear transforma, que la belleza más poderosa es la que emerge desde adentro. Por eso mis piezas no solo adornan: acompañan, guardan intención, sostienen emociones y celebran la esencia irrepetible de quien las usa.
